The Canmaker Cans of 2024
The Canmaker Cans of the Year Awards is an international celebration of canmaking achievement. Since 1996, the Awards have promoted and rewarded the significant developments and innovations that take place within the metal packaging industry each year.
With a wide spectrum of categories embracing all types of cans and closures, the Cans of the Year Awards recognise the global contribution made by individuals, teams and companies of all sizes.
The Canmaker Cans of the Year Awards 2024 winners were announced on the 6th November at an awards ceremony and gala dinner, held during The Canmaker Summit at the Eurostars Hotel in Sitges, Spain.
The Can of the Year 2024 was awarded to CCL Container in the USA for its 750ml impact-extruded aluminium wine bottle with high quality decoration. The bottle is 80% lighter than standard glass bottles and is produced for Bogle Family Vineyards; Elemental Wines.
